Emma Callow is the Creative Content Lead at the Institute of Imagination, bringing 18 years of experience working with children, educators, and marginalized communities. Passionate about inclusive learning—especially for neurodivergent learners—she and her team experiment with hands-on, playful learning approaches that merge STEAM education with the latest trends in tools, materials and technologies to inspire curiosity, exploration, and collaboration in children.
Tom Doust is the Associate Director at the Institute of Imagination, and a social innovator with 20+ years of experience designing creative, multi-stakeholder programs across education, design, and culture. A LEGO® Education Academy Certified Trainer and Design Council Expert, Tom has also collaborated with national and local governments on transformational education initiatives.
